  • You may submit a Case below to ask any basic questions not covered in the Knowledge Base or about your licenses.  We commit to responding within 48 hours during normal business hours.

  • If you need help configuring, troubleshooting, training, or brainstorming solutions how to use the app we offer premium support by the hour.
  • Purchase as many hours as you need for support and you may schedule support sessions done remotely with screenshare or via email.
  • Support sessions will be consumed in half hour increments.
  • Support hours purchased expire within 1 year if not used.
  • If during paid support we find there is a system bug that has caused an issue that initiated the support request we will refund those hours.
